We are white labelled and you are provided with your own designated out of hours number. Our Support Centre Officers are all from senior care backgrounds. We have Coordinators, Planners, Emergency Response Officers, Lifeline Responders, Quality and Compliance Managers to Registered Managers. They all come with a wealth of experience and knowledge under their belts and will ensure that your carers are working to time, watch your live rota's identifying any lateness and checking in on carers, safe and well checks, resolve issues, help to cover sickness, speak to your clients to keep them updated as to any delays, manage your rota out of hours, support with medication enquiries by speaking to the relevant authorities - everything you would do in a average working day - Just 24 hours though!
